"Cessione di Fabbricato" Office
“Dichiarazione di ospitalità” form must be delivered to Questura’ offices within 48 hours after the property disposal by anyone (spouse, children, family members,etc.) who gives hospitality, sells or rents a property to Non EU citizens regardless the duration of the stay; “Cessione di fabbricato” form must be delivered to Questura’ offices within 48 hours from the signature of the loan of use or the rent contract (not registered) to Italian/EEA/EU citizens or when hosting them for more than 30 days (uninterrupted).
The Cessione is NOT requested for Italian and EU/EEA citizens holding a registered rent contract under their name.

Dichiarazione di ospitalità and Cessione di fabbricato form can be delivered by e-mail (both by PEC – Posta elettronica certificata or by a personal e-mail address) or by registered letter with a return receipt (raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno) at the following address: Questura Trieste – Divisione Anticrimine – Ufficio Cessione Fabbricato Via Matteo Demenego e Pierluigi Rotta, 2, 34121, Trieste.
Documents sent by e-mail must be scanned and sent in one file and in PDF format.
Remember to keep a copy of the form delivered because it is requested by the immigration office to issue the permit of stay.
